Consumer arbitration

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and the underlying Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 repealed. A link to that platform is therefore no longer given.
